Aliana is what my grandmother would calla ‘real card.’ Amusing, bubbly and talkative, she has a sense of humor that will leave you begging for her attendance at your dinner parties.

Once when she was lodging close to my study, I would hear constant laughter from her room – both from her and her male companions. I always wondered what they were talking about.

She’s also a vey brave woman because she’s faced a number of difficulties in her life (which I won’t share for reasons of confidentiality)  and overcome them with grim determination and resilience.
